Senior Track Management Systems Engineer/Analyst
Black Knight is searching for an experienced and dynamic System Engineer or Analyst to take a lead technical role in the test, analysis, assessment, and evaluation of the Common System Track Manager/Common Track Server (CSTM/CTS).
Job Description
This position requires an experienced engineer or computer scientist capable of making immediate technical contributions. As such, 5+ years experience with the design, development, test, and/or evaluation of combat systems relating to track management. Work is to be performed in Dahlgren, VA, with moderate travel required to predominately Washington, DC.
Applicants must be confident in their ability to come in and make an immediate impact, must be able to work independently and with a team, and must have some background in the analysis of combat systems.
This position will entail the following duties:
- Review and assess the requirements and design of the CSTM/CTS.
- Support Software Specification Review (SRR) of technical requirements.
- Support definition and development of track data model.
- Coordinate and prioritize build plans, schedules, and deliveries.
- Assess and identify risks relating to the integration of CSTM/CTS with other systems.
- Identify analysis tool changes required to support CSTM/CTS analysis.
- Working with a multi-organizational team
Job Requirements / Qualifications
The minimum requirements are as follows:
- 10+ years experience with the design, development, test, and/or evaluation of the Combat Systems.
- Experience with Track Management.
- Experience assessing system designs.
- Experience reviewing technical requirements.
In addition, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- B.S. degree in engineering, science, or math discipline from an accredited college
- Experience with CSTM/CTS.
- Experience with Naval Combat Systems
- Experience with Open Architecture Design
